More than 160 family members have already said yes, Aunt Tootsie included. We want you there too.
Beto and Aurora's clan are covering all three main events: the Friday welcome reception, the Saturday dinner, and the Sunday BBQ. There is no per-person charge to attend any of them.
You do need to book a room. We negotiated rates at the Sitio El Tropicano on the River Walk, and since the hotel has not finished its booking site, Nancy is handling reservations for the whole group.
The two-person-per-room limit will not be enforced for our party. We are, after all, Vegas.

Where we are staying
An art deco hotel on the River Walk, once known as LBJ's Texas White House, now part-way through a $100 million renovation.
The hotel's booking site is not finished yet
Because of that, Nancy is the group's point of contact with the hotel's sales manager, and every reservation goes through her. Do not book directly. You will not get the group rate.

Tell her the dates of your stay, your room letter, and how many people are in your party. Every room card below has a button that writes the email for you.

They will send a link to enter your card details. Your reservation is not final until you do that.
The six rooms
Rates include taxes and fees, and the totals are for a three-night stay. The two-person-per-room limit will not be enforced for our group.

Cancellations
Reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax. Cancellations inside 72 hours, and no-shows, are charged one night's room and tax to the card on file.

We do not have the price per shirt yet
We will tell you the amount before anything is owed. Reserving now just sets a shirt aside in your size.
